Youngblood founded Verite Films in 2002, after years as a writer and producer on some of television’s most acclaimed reality and news programs including America’s Most Wanted (Fox), MacNeil Lehrer News Hour (PBS), Surprise by Design (Discovery), Modern Maturity (PBS) and Most Dangerous Game (Versus). He oversees creative development of original productions, directing all efforts as it relates to program development and production.

Although much of his work is in television production, Youngblood also spends considerable time in experimental film. His films have garnered notable media attention and won numerous awards including Gold Remis for Best Experimental Film at WorldFest in 2004 (Patriot Dreams) and 2005 (Wonder City). Several films have had theatrical runs in Denver, New York, Los Angeles, Washington DC and Chicago as well as screenings in cities all over Europe, Asia and Africa.


   



 
May is responsible for selling and producing unique programming for Verite Films. An industry veteran with over 14 years of production experience, May has worked on projects ranging from feature film visual effects to television, commercial and music video production.

Television projects include producing on such projects as Dune, Rose Red and The Outer Limits (SciFi), Six Feet Under (HBO) and syndicated shows such as Ripley’s Believe It Or Not.
